YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY AI OUTPUTS BEFORE RELYING UPON THEM.

AI Outputs are provided for informational, entertainment, and personal use purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

5.4 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI Outputs before taking any action or making any decision based on them;

• Ensuring that your use of AI Outputs complies with all applicable laws and regulations;

• Not using AI Outputs in any high-risk context where errors could result in death, serious bodily injury, or significant financial or reputational harm;

• Not holding AIBANLV liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on AI Outputs.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Platform utilizes third-party AI and infrastructure service providers, including but not limited to:

• Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope/Tongyi): Speech recognition, generative AI replies, speech synthesis, emotion output, and voice cloning;

• Volcano Engine Ark: Text reply generation in certain chat modes;

• Qiniu Cloud: Encrypted media storage and delivery;

• Apple: Sign in with Apple and in-app purchase processing;

• Google: Google Sign-in.

These third-party providers process data only for the stated purposes under contractual privacy and security obligations. AIBANLV is not responsible for the operation, performance, or outputs generated by third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.

• WARRANTIES THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT;

• WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS;

• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INTEGRATIONS.

4. DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTIONS, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, COMPUTER VIRUSES, OR DISCONNECTIONS IN THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM;

5. DAMAGES CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED INTERFERENCE WITH THE PLATFORM;

6. ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES.
